Deliveries

All orders received through the Holistic Herb CBD website are processed and dispatched within the U.K.

With uncertainty surrounding delivery times and costs due to the Covid-19 pandemic and Brexit we are unfortunately only currently able to offer deliveries to the U.K. mainland.

Next Day Delivery

Orders placed before 12:00pm

Delivered between 7:30am and 7:30pm

Orders received after the 12:00pm cut-off will be dispatched the following day.

On Fridays (weekends and bank holidays are treated as a Friday), orders placed after the 12:00pm cut-off will be delivered the following Monday or the next available working day.

Tracking Your Order

Your tracking number is provided in the dispatch email you will automatically receive once your order has been completed. If you have your tracking number to hand simply click on the relevant button below.

Returns

Here at Holistic Herb CBD, we are sure you will love your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 calendar days of receiving it and we will exchange or refund it.

Returning your item

All items must be returned in their original packaging, sealed, unopened, unused, and undamaged (if applicable). If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email via the contact us page on this website, a button for which may be found at the bottom of this page. Only once arranged with a member of our team may an item be returned, we will be happy to send you a replacement once the original item has been received back to us and inspected. You must inform us within 14 days of receiving your item that you wish to return it. Upon agreement, you must then return it to us within 14 days.

Replacements

If your item was damaged upon delivery, you must inform us within 7 calendar days of receipt at your address, please use the contact us page on this website. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the item, once we have received the item, we will inspect them and send out a replacement if applicable.

Refunds

If a refund has been requested, upon the agreed return of an item to our warehouse, the item will be inspected to ensure the item meets the above conditions. If approved after inspection a refund will be issued to the card on which the order was placed. Please allow 7 working days for the refund to show in your account.
